BETTER THINGS TO DO (BUT JUST!)

For reasons beyond my control, the Sunday Roast will have to be delayed till Monday. Despite the fact that the papers are piled up ready for reading, a visit to the Metro Centre was in order due to my mam’s 65^th birthday next week. Being very important to the Shaw family, buying her a present took precedent over posting today (and so it should said my wife!). Mind you, whilst I had to be there for the purchasing of the present, an additional two hour’s in Waterstones whilst Wor Lass picked cards and wrapping paper was rather appreciated. With the additional pleasure of a large Espresso at a well kwon coffee house, the day wasn’t too bad
