I suspect that there are a number of local councillors who from time to time read this blog (perhaps they were surfing for “lions”). This missave is for you. Next week you will be given the opportunity to elect your new Council Leader. Perhaps now is the time for change (you know, Blair and all that).. Why don’t you take the opportunity and put someone in charge who is prepared to establish the authority of the Borough Council over the executive. Time for change, I think so!
